Felling hella uncomfortable but I made it y'all! I'll update with my full review when I have a little more strength but SO FAR SO GOOD!

I have most of the things on this list, still waiting for a few things to come from Groupon and Amazon. The supplies that I won't be bringing with me (like chux and iodine) are provided by my RH. Initially I wanted to just bring a carry-on but I quickly realized that I would be carrying way too many liquids and I didn't want to transfer them in TSA appropriate containers so I will be having a checked bag and a small carry-on (with the most important items just in case there is a luggage disaster).

Got my hemo tested almost a month ago and it was 12.3. At that point, I was taking blood builders, iron pills, vitamin c pills, folic acid pills, and b complex liquid. I don't think it was working for me so I've switched it up a bit. Im getting it tested again on Friday and hopefully it's higher!

Here's what I've been taking

First thing in the morning on an empty stomach:
(1) Pur absorb
(1) Iron pill
(1) folic acid pill
(1) vitamin c tablet
(2) b complex gummies


Two hours later, after my first meal of the day:
(3) tablespoons of SSS Tonic


Later after my 2nd meal:
(1) capful of geritol

Just before bed:
(1) Pur absorb


I will note that I don't always take the geritol! And sometimes I forget my nightly Pur absorb....
