Hey dolls...So after doing some research I've decided to do my surgery in Cali Columbia this time around. I was planning on going in December so I can be New Years ready plus I have vacation time around that month. I have my eye on 3 different doctors so I asked for a quote to see the prices. I received one quote from Harold Paz and I'm happy already.

Trying to keep my Hemo up
I've been taking my Vitamins everyday. Does anyone have any suggestions that I can use to keep my Hemo up? My period is suppose to come around the time that I leave for surgery so I'm kind of scared that my Hemo will drop...

Hello Ladies,
I'm just all over the place with my dates to go get my surgery. My first date was in Jan then I said February but now me and my fiancé both agreed on going in March. I have a lot of things to do in February and I don't want to be sore not being able to get around due to my surgery. Anywho I'm going to try to aim for the second week of March. Does anyone have a Sx in March?? I can use a buddy

Oh i won't be ready by then ,have a safe trip and your in good hands she did my tt,ba,lipo in 2010 she did work that wasn't on the quote .shes very nice and with her your health comes first but you also will look great .im going back for breast lift, bbl ,full body lipo

Thank you..I was going to get a beasts lift also but I'm going to get my breast smaller from a DD to a C cup from my job insurance so I don't have to pay lol

I'm getting the same...what Vitamins are you taking ? Also when are you going to buy your surgery products? I'm going to go in another two weeks I've been working so I ddnt have time.

I didn't start my vitamin yet but i will take iron, folic acid,multivitamin with out vitamin e .and juice kale and beets every day and eat liver 2x a week. Lol.the last time i went she couldn't do all my surgery so im trying to avoid that .

Vitamin A is a no no as well. It makes you bleed out more during surgery.
