With the addition of bromelean (which I have no idea what it is but I read on here about somebody taking it..guess I better get to googling) and calcium, I will be talking the following:
?1)?IRON (It is prescribed to combat iron deficiency on empty stomach with vitamin C before bed on empty stomach and when you wake up in the morning before breakfast )
??2)Hemaplex (Helps to increase hemoglobin)

3)?VITAMIN C 500 MG: Take 1 tablet every 12 hours for a month.
4)?FOLIC ACID 10 MG: Take 2 tablets per day for 15 days.
5)COMPLEX B12 : it is used for treating and preventing deficiency in the blood?
I also take Chlorophyll and biotin regularly which I'll keep taking. Oh..and If you have a MEIJERS in your area and need vitamins they are buy one get one free this week :)

Wish Pics and BBL sizes.
I keep going back and forth but for now, even though I am getting a BBL I don't want a huge ass. I just want a round one with nice hips that are in proportion with my thighs. I'll eventually get the balls to post my pre-op pics I sent in for my quote..just need to have a couple dranks in me first.

Recovery Houses..
So, I decided to go with Recovery Armonia (http://www.recoveryarmonia.com/) because of the good reviews and they just recently moved to a new building. I also was interested in Silhouette's and Angie's Recovery houses. Did a make a good choice?

Please keep me updated on which you choose, I'm wanting the same operations and I'm also wanting Dr Cabral I'm hoping to get in (I haven't received any contact back from him or his office) in Juneish when my kids are out of school and it won't be difficult for family to watch them for me.
