Round 2- Mel Ortega November 9th

I really need to start a whole new review for my round 2.

I decided to switch from Dr. Ortega to Dr. Omuelpu. When I originally contacted Spectrum I was more interested in Dr. Osaks work..but my coordinator talked me into Ortega. I figured that since this is round 2 for me Ortega would be okay even though I was never fully satisfied with results I have seen from ladies who have went to him. I was more happy with Dr. Osaks work. I am already shapely and my waist is already small..just want some things touched up and more ass of course. My boyfriend will be flying down with me Nov 8th as he will be my caregiver :)..rented a condo on airbnb..so much cheaper than hotels. As I said before I was not going to buy a lot of things this time around as I bought way too much last time. Just got basic things like gauze pads, antibiotic ointment, pads-super long, doggy pads, surgical tape, baby wipes, band aids, antibacterial body wash and that's pretty much it. These are the main things that I used for my first surgery with Duran.

My round 2 is scheduled for November 9th with Dr. Ortega at Spectrum. I paid my deposit last week with my coordinator Emily. There really isn't much that Dr. Ortega would have to do I just need a few touch ups here and there. My waist is already small for my size. Any smaller would look crazy but I do want him to lipo a little. My back really needs to be lipod as I have some back rolls. I am also having lipo on my arms and inner thighs. No tummy lipo. I am going to lose 20 pounds before round 2. For you ladies that had surgery in Miami and used air bnb do you have any to recommend? I don't want a shared place. It will be me and my boyfriend and I am only staying in Miami for 5 days.

As you can see I am a Duran doll always have been always will be. I love that woman. I am in the process of planning my second surgery but I am not traveling to DR this time around. Nothing towards Duran because she definitely changed my life and my results were and still are amazing. I knew going into this that I wanted to do a round 2..it was just a matter of time. My boyfriend is not with the whole idea of going to DR and thinks I am crazy for going in the first place (everyone thinks that though) a secret I have learned to keep to myself about my doctor and where I went. Some ladies will understand. When planning this second surgery I kind of knew who I had in mind already...Dr. Fisher was my first choice, Dr. Hasan, and Dr. Ortega. Now here is my thing. Duran did a really good job on me....so the only reason I am okay with going to one of these doctors because they can't mess [RS bleep] up... Duran has done it all pretty much for them already. So much has changed with going to DR for surgery since I went almost two years ago. I have decided to go with Mel Ortega instead of Dr. Hasan at Vanity for several reasons. At first I was anti- against any US doctor but then I realized after sending my pics to several doctors that my body is already very dramatic (knew that already lol).

I think a lot of girls not think I know a lot of girls go into surgery thinking they will look like their wish pics...and more than often you will need more than one round to achieve that and with a good doctor. I am okay with going to Dr. Ortega because Duran did her thing with me especially being where I came from. I am scheduled with Dr. Ortega to have a bbl, lipo on my back, waist, arms, and inner thighs, I do not need lipo on my tummy as I had a tummy tuck with Duran. I was quoted $4000.00. Stil thinking about doing lipo on my chin but idk. My coordinator at spectrum is Emily and IDK how I feel about her so far. She's been good with emails and etc...but I've already been through this before so don't give me the bs. If I could deal with waiting two months to get a quote from Duran, buying calling cards to get a surgery date if someone picked up..then I can definitely deal with whatever drama Spectrum brings my way. I got this!

I will definitely do this second surgery so different. I bought so much stuff for my firstsurgery that I did not even touch. Luckily I saved everything. The only things that I will be buying are plenti of white t-shirts and white beaters, tons of doggy pads, arninca cream, and whatever antibiotic ointment. I spent so much money on stuff the first time around and it was pointless. I will be renting a studio on airbnb. I will update later with my pre-op pics.
