As everyone has stated prior to me, customer service at Eres is poor. I paid my deposit this past Friday. After paying I received an email that they received the signed document with permission to run my card. I called back requesting a receipt or invoice the same day (once I noticed the funds were out of my account) & I have not received it yet. I received a call from Alexis, my coordinator on Saturday morning (8am) & she said she would email it to me. I am still waiting for that. (Today is Sunday) it seems like there will be an uphill battle from here with this company. Luckily I am aggressive enough to handle this. Nonetheless, August will come sooner than later :)
