I'M ALIVE!!!
Well I had my surgery June 26th. I wasn't goin to post until my swelling goes down but what the heck!!?? I had my 3rd massage today OMG it hurts soooo bad,but afterwards you feel better. I still have aloottt of fluid in my back and stomach area. My booty doesn't hurt @ all! And I've been sitting on it alot since I can't lay on my stomach after the revision. The Dr. Said it will b fine tho(I hope so). Well here is a few pictures. I won't post again until the swelling and fluid goes down. O yeah he did tell me I need 2 lose 30 lbs to b completely satisfied with my results. But I KNOW/KNEW that anyways...

WELL THE COUNT DOWN IS REAL A FEW MORE DAYS AND I WILL GETTING MY SURGERY. I AM SO NERVOUS FROM THE FLIGHT TO THE ACTUAL SX. I'M GOING ALONE SO THIS IS Y I'M SO NERVOUS. But Vanessa is so good about checking in on me. From what I've experienced with her and the Dr. Answering all of my questions and concerns through texts and whatsapp I'm confident that I've researched the best doctor in the DR. I'm praying every thing will b ok. Actually I know I will!! I'M CLAIMING THIS IN THE NAME OF JESUS. As soon as I get there I will document EVERYTHING.

Well I’m getting very nervous considering I’ve been hearing/seeing a lot of deaths pertaining to BBLs. But I’ve done my research and I’m confident that Dr. Derby is the one!! Also my cousin went 2 him and she looks great! I’ve paid my deposit, and payed for my plane ticket. I’ve just been praying and hoping things go well!! Dr. Derby has always answered my questions in a timely manner. His assistant is awesome as well. On a scale 1-10 they would get a 20 from me. I’ve read all his reviews and I haven’t read not 1 bad review on him!!! This time around I will be getting BBL, TT revision and lipo on my arms, back, and inner thighs, my prior TT was done by Dr. William Burden in Destin, FL. In which I paid $6900.00 not including gas coin to and from the Dr. Also my time being I’m from Alabama. I can’t lie…he did make me look better in my clothes but I feel for that amount of money I shouldn’t have 2 be getting revised, so this time I’m going goin across the water and pray I look and feel like I’m expecting and come back alive and well. Pray for me! I will b posting B4 and after pics. When I get there.

If you don't mind me asking why are you having to get a revision done? Have you had any weight gain? I'm just curious why you would need a revision only a year later from having a tummy tuck. Thank you!
Hi! Because it was fat, if i had your number I would it 2 year. My new Dr. Said smthg went wrong with my muscle repair. I may post a pic. On Realfself 2 show.

Yes, I would love to see it so I can address when I go for pre-op. So, would Dr. Burden not correct it? Are you saying he basically just didn't remove enough skin? Are you happy with the incision scar?
Yes I was happy with the incision scar, and no he did not remove enough fat, when I questioned his nurse about it she said it would go down, that I will swell like that up to a year but it didnt...I didn't ask him to redo it bc if he did it wrong the 1st time why would I??? I did ask for my money back because I had 2 she said no and I would have 2 repay if i wanted them to do it. His finance lady was very ugly. But I knew I wouldn't get it back just didn't hurt to try.

I would have thought he would have made it right. Please let me know if you post a before and after pic. I would love to see it. I'm very nervous about having the incision scar as my stomach isn't terrible now. I just turned 40 this year, however, and I want to be able to enjoy the next 20-30 years. Did you get any lipo? They probably would have if I repaid but I was just not feeling them like that after she said that. But I'm recovering now in the Dominican had a revision tummy tuck and lipo yesterday...i hvt seen my results yet waiting on my Dr to come in

That's fine I'm bored lol tired of sleeping my booty sore from sitting so much and no he(burden) did not do lipo...my Dr just came and showed me pics and he said he did not do a muscle repair which should have been done when he did the tummy tuck, he said he don't know why he would do that, that's y my stomach was still big...im so pissed I paid all that money to them for nothing. These people need 2 b accountable for their lack of work. They are just out 2 get money but THEIR IS A GOD! He WILL HAVE 2 PAY THE COST WITH HIM.
How strange! Yes, I thought they always repair the muscles with a tummy tuck. I agree he should have made it right with you. Please let me know if you post pics. I wish you a speedy recovery :)
From what I've read online not everyone needs the muscles tightened, although normally anyone who has been pregnant would. I noticed you were a mother of 2, so therefore it should have been done automatically. That's what scares me is not getting what you are expecting and going through that only to not be pleased with the results.
