Hello Realself friends! I was going to have a full mommy make over last September but I had to cancel it. I was in my last semester of college and It wasnt just the right time. Now that I'm done with school. I want to go ahead and get my surgery done. Trying to reschedule my surgery date was not a joke! I called Dr. Duran's office and talked to Elizabeth last September & She told me to call back in December 2015 when the calendar opens for 2016. So I did, but nobody answered every time I called. I also sent an email but no reply. So I waited till January I have tried many times on different days and thank God someone answered the phone on January 28, 2016! She said she's just a patient there lol but shes truly a blessing! She made sure that they put me on the calendar for July 13 of this year. I also got frustrated because another lady in the background said, that I have to start the process again since its been too long and I didnt even call to cancel or reschedule my September surgery. I told them I did! and I spoke to Elizabeth and she told me to wait when the calendar opens. They said Elizabeth no longer work there and she didn't write a note. I asked if I have to pay the deposit again, they said no but I have to send new photos and answer the questionaire to obtain a new quote. I received an email as we spoke and as soon as I finished talking to them, I sent them 4 new photos of my body (front, back, left side, right side) and my medical history. A week later, Dr. Duran emailed me and I was happy to see that the price is still the same. It is still $6,800 for BBL, TT, & Breast Augmentation. She also sent me a confirmation of the surgery date. Im really thankful for the patient who answered the phone. I wish I knew her name but she didnt want to tell me her name when I asked her. Alright RS friends this is it for today.
