28 Yrs Old BA, Lipo, BBL - Dominican Republic, DO

I had surgery in November ‘15 with Dr. julio Molina in DR but soon after was very unhappy as my 420 cc implants were too heavy to be over the muscle and disaster happened. Fast forward i had surgery on April 5th with Dr. Francisco Rodriguez Rosario in DR. I had liposuction, a bbl and a breast reduction with lift. I went to him because i had a lipoma in my back and i wanted someone to remove it for me. His assistant assured me he could do it. I also liked his breast lifts. They have great customer service and bed manners. Anything i asked no matter the time ah was on it. I sent my deposit of $300 to them via western union and was booked for the 5th. So i arrived on April 3rd, next day i went to his office got my blood work, tórax X-ray, saw a cardiologist and me twit the doctor. Told him exactly what i wanted (so i thought). On the 5th i arrived bright and early to Plastic center checked in, waited 5 mins and before i could digest it all i was immediately taken in to see him one more time. Get marked up, took the blue pill and was ready to go. They have absolutely great bed side manners. I had a private overnight nurse but i feel like i would have been just fine without her. It’s always nice to have some company in case something happens though. I got iron, iv, pain meds all night. When you wake up you’re dying to get up but you can’t as they dnt allow you. This is the worst part. I had no pain when i woke up. They keep you that first night of surgery. The 1st 3 days are the roughest and after that it all gets better. Dr. Francisco is amazing when it comes to after care i had some small issues in the days following sx and he was always available for me and my nurse no matter the time. He did an excellent job at lipo-ing my back however not so much my abdomen. He kept telling me i have a lot of inflammation but I’ve had over 20 massages and a cpl days shy from a month post op and i have a lot of fat in my stomach area still. He Also did not make an incision i remove my lipoma which wasn’t Priority he only
Lipoed it so more than 50% still on my back. My breast are under the muscle so I’m trying to be patient and they continue to drop. He did suture my ears closed as i had plugs before and he lipoed my chin also. I really didn’t see much improvement there. I really wish he would have lipoed me better but Irving i can do now. Please feel free to see the pictures i attached. It looks much worse in person and when i sit. I am now considering doing cool sculpting to remove the rest of the fat i have in my abdomen. I continue to use my faja wit “100” layers of compression to get my “inflammation” to go down as much as possible. Im also still getting massages every other day. The post op care is the most exhausting. If you’re looking for a doctor that will give you a vixen look it’s not him. He’s actually very conservative in my opinion he does however have amazing qualities as a doctor.

I went back to my original plan which was DR. I will be having surgery with Dr. Julio Molina on November 16th. I just purchased my flights. [RS bleep] is getting real.
I am getting breast implants (about 450 cc's hopefully he agrees), lipo on stomach, flanks and back, and BBL. I will also do a small procedure where he will suture the bottom of my earlobes because i stretched them in the past. My quote for lipo and bbl is 3800 and for the BA is 1500. I found a great deal with jet blue and my flight each was was only $98. Im very excited. I have been waiting for this procedure for the past 4 years and its finally happening. I absolutely love Dr. Molina he always answers all of my questions no matter how many times i bother him. He is very knowledgeable and his top priority is his patients health. He has never had any fatalities or major complications. I have decided to stay at Marias Recovery house. She charges 75 per night which includes WiFi, transportation to and from airport as well as all doctors visits and pharmacy/faja runs etc. They have hospital beds, nurse 24/7 which are bilingual (although i speak fluent Spanish), air condition, cable, 3 meals, snacks, unlimited fresh juices. It doesn't get any better. She only requires $100 deposit and you pay the rest there. I am very much looking forward to my surgery. Any ladies staying at Maria's RH those dates I will be staying for like 2 weeks.

So after all these years of research and flip flopping between Doctor Miami, Dr. Duaran and Dr. Molina in Dominican Republic as well as a number of Doctors in Colombia I have decided to go with Dr. Harold Paz in Cali, Colombia.
I have received a quote for approximetely $5500 for the following procedures:
Breast Augmentation, Lipo on arms, back, stomach and chin, BBL, Bichectomia (Buccal Lipectomy which is like a face lipo contouring aroung the cheeks) and labioplasty. The technology and level of experience is like no other. I have heard so many great things about him and I am really excited. I was able to obtain my quote via Xiomara from Sophistique Solutions. In addition i also have to pay $800 for post op care such as meds, fajas, massages etc. She also has an RH and I have seen pictures and it looks great. She explained that she only hosts about 6/7 ppl max which is great because I dont want to deal with so many people and I prefer a more personalized service. She charges between $85-100 per day which includes all meals, transportation to and from as needed, as well as a nurse. She sounds so nice I cant wait.
