9 days post op. Flight home n pics
I'm really 9 days post op I was 2 when I wrote that last one . So I came home last night omg thank God I was so ready to be home . I loveeedddd my rh house though I ended up staying at serenity 1 they are amazing everything I needed they got me I even cried a lil when I left . So from day 2 to day 8 not too much changed. Still sore I got my back drain out on day 5 it didn't hurt me at all I didn't even know she was done Cus your back is still kinda numb. Massages help soooo much I wish I got more I only got 3. Zara is great she got so much fluid out of me n fluid is what makes you feel bad n stiff. The plane ride wasn't completely horrible . So if your leaving before 9 or 10 days duran won't give you the lil discharge paper saying you need wheelchair service n can't lift heavy items bla bla. When walkiria told me that I literally started crying I was like I just wanna go hommmmeeee Cus I thought they wouldn't let me in America if I didn't have the letter omg I was devastated but I just prayed . So at the airport in dr I originally requested wheelchair service so when I got my ticket printed one of the girls got her wheelchair but she had the letter so the lady was like did you have surgery do you need wheelchair service ? I was like nope nope she said you didn't have surgery n could clearly see my faja n stuff haha I was like nope n Took tf off lol so the first airport I was walking the [RS bleep] was hard but I was determined to get back into America . The airport was confusing af. Go to immigration though it's like b1-4 I think. So you go through that I had my faja on and they didn't ask me anything about it. The first plane was like 3 n half hours . My body did swell up though . So when I got into Atlanta they had wheel chair service while your coming off and I jumped directly on that . Get wheel chair service it makes life sooooooo much easier you pass all the lines up you get where you need to on it omg it was great. My second n last flight was delayed 30 mins so that sucked but oh well . I got home n omg I was so happy . Ultimately my experience was pretty good no complications I loved my rh house . Left with 40 dollars so that was cool lol today I'm 9 days post op and it sooooo much easier at home for some reason . I took my first shower this morning n it was life changing. Sleeping is still hard for me . I have my stage 2 but I'm just staying in my stage 1 for now Cus that stage 2 is crazy tight. They gave me a medium for some reason lol I hate the faja I tried to go have lunch with a friend with out the faja the second hour I was starting to swell so I came straight home n put it on. Ugh I guess I'm going to have to learn to like it . I'll post some pics keep in mind I'm still pretty swollen I'm suppose to get a lot smaller.
Day 2 n so on
Ok I'm day 2 now.
So they found my blood finally by the way if you are rh negative either come early or tell them Cus you will be waiting . Ok so they find my blood n everything went fast after that. They sent me to 4th floor I had to wait in the lobby what seemed forever . Finally got my room they gave me my gown socks and lil shoes I put it on . I get a phone call from the front desk they told me to take my blue pill . I did and I was outtttt I remember seeing Duran she told me we got your blood now mami let's do your surgery. They wheeled me to the room where I guess they did my epidural and that alllll I remember. My roommate saw me after surgery n she said I was trippppppinngg talking about where the f am I ? Who the f are you ?? Saying I couldn't see. I texted my boyfriend some weird [RS bleep] lol I woke up at like 3 am and was like did I have my surgery the nurse said yes. I was still on meds so pain wasn't that bad. I was wrapped up. The worst part about that was your laying in your fluids for like 10-12 hours so that sucks. Cipla hospital service is horrrribbbllleee though. I hired a nurse for that night and thank God I did I know for a fact I wouldn't have made it. The last part took like 2 and half hours to get a nurse just to pull my iv and catheter out . When they put you in the faja it's hell. So you get a wheel chair and they wheel you down stairs . The car ride sucked I was nauseous thank God my rh is close. I got home ate and went to bed. I didn't have a tt so they wanted me to lay on my stomach normally I sleep on my stomach but she lipoed my arms too so that [RS bleep] hurt. I felt better sleeping on my back. And that's where I'm at now. Drink a lot of water . Move around a lot. I go see Duran in 2 days so hopefully I'll get my back drain out Cus this [RS bleep] is killing me. Also if you have a tt you get the drain in the front and the one in the back if you don't it's just in the back .

Pre surgery and day of
Ok review number 2 pre surgery
Okkkkkk I left off with Conrad picking me up . He took me and 2 other girls to cipla. We went in to durans office but she was in surgery so they sent us to do our labs. Soooo different from the states they just put a syringe in your arm and take your blood then pump it into the lil vials . You pee in a cup, do your chest x ray (just take your shirt off and stand up to this machine ) he gives you your X-ray you take it back to durans office . Castro her assistant dr saw us and took pics and did initial paper work. I lovvvee Castro btw she helped get me a appointment. The cardiologist was gone so I had to see her that next morning to do my ekg test. Got to the recovery house I hadn't eaten alll day so I was starved they fed me like 3 times and I showered and went to bed. So fast forward Patrick the other driver picked me n my roommate up at 6:20 and took us to cipla. Now the clinic really don't open til 8 but because traffic is HORRIBLE and I mean like worse than New York traffic they like to get you there early to beat the traffic. So I wait with my roommate we were the first 2 then another girl . Then 2 more . Then all the post op girls came in . It was soooo packed . Then Duran came in around 9 . She is soooo beautiful omg in her lil dress n heels haha. So there was 5 girls who had surgery today so she called them in one by one n met with them and marked them up I was last smh lol but all good I was scared I would need a tt but she said I was ok and usually she would do my thighs but because I had so much stomach and back fat she was going to leave it lol which I'm totally cool with Cus I love my thick thighs and it's never been hard for me to tone that up. Then she told me about my blood type .... so I have rh negative blood which I've known about in the states it's not that big of a deal but out ther i guess it's really rare and she said I would probably need a blood transfusion because I will lose a lot of blood during sx I said ok Cus you have to pay for the blood transfusion anyway I just wouldn't get my money back like everyone else . I go pay and walkiria her assistant had the same problem and it took her a week to get the blood n I'm like ahh nawllll I leave in 10 days yal better make something shake lol so she tells me to go to the emergency room and finish some stuff with them. I go down there they weigh me have me sign some more stuff and give me my papers n tell me to go to the hospital which is the 4th floor . I go put my name on the list sit in the lobby then Conrad calls me n tell me to go back to durans office . So I go and they say your having your surgery tomorrow womp womp womp they have to find my blood type n test it n all that jazz. So I sign the test of my papers and Conrad picks me up n takes me to the rh. I was sad but I understand they just want to be safe so I appreciate that. So that's where I'm at now I gotta be back at cipla at 6;30 and try this again lol I hope I get my surgery . Sisi the rh manager said I'm good to go so let's hope so !!!
