Hello dolls! I'm healing nicely and in no pain. I can't reach super far above my head yet because it stretches out my arms, but other than that I'm feeling good! I played my first concert of the season yesterday and was able to hold my instrument no problem. What was even better is that since it was a Halloween show I got to dress up. Sexy catsuit with NO Undershirts, NO Spanx....just ME! I've still got a bit of swelling going on, but I'm feeling so good about how everything is looking! I will need a couple tweeks on my butt when I go back for my boobs next summer, but I'm totally fine waiting because I am loving what I got right now! Dr. K is the best! I put my Faja back on so I forgot to take pics of my arms. I will do that soon. For now, here are some updated shots, plus some Halloween fun! Also, pardon the mess in the background, I've been moving stuff around. I just wanted go ahead and get these pics up and a quick update on those who have followed me on my journey!

AAAA-mazing girl! You look fantastic! I cannot wait, they just moved my surgery date for LBL and lots of lipo to November 9th. Cannot wait! Thanks for updating us, you have to feel so great! The catsuit looks unbelieable on you! I too cannot wait to throw my spanx AWAY!!!

Thank you so much! And yes I feel amazing! I'm still itchy as hell from the lipo and I'm wearing 2 Fajas now because one was stretching out so I call it the rub crusher, but it's creating such a great shape! Once all the swelling goes down it's going to be incredible. I feel better about myself than I have in my entire life! It's worth every bit of blood, sweat, and tears (and money of course!) and I can't wait for you to be able to experience what I am feeling now! It's incredibly hard mentally and physically, but worth it! Not too much longer for you! Keep us updated!!

Hey by the way, can you tell me where you ordered your Fajas? I will wake up in a full compression garment after surgery and then will wear that for at least 6 weeks before moving to a Stage 2 garment. Just want to research my options. I know my surgeon will also have options at his office.

I hate paying full price for anything, so I bought mine used but in perfect condition. I used 2 sites, one is mercari and the other is poshmark. Dr offices will typically charge you ridiculous prices, like $125-165 and I refuse to pay that. I ended up finding a very nice lady who sold me hers for a steal, and there are lots of people who sell theirs. So you can sell your old ones too to help recover some of the cost. Ebay and Amazon also have some pretty good deals if you don't want to go second hand. Hope this helps!

Starting to feel better every day. I'm still super swollen and will be for a while, but loving my results so far! I started massages today, so hopefully it will help reduce a good amount of the swelling. I'm including some before and after pics so you can see the difference. Dr. K was able to get out 2 liters of fat, which he was very shocked he was able to get so much. 500cc in left check and 600 in the right. My stomach was pretty flat before, but now it's as flat as a board and the incision line look incredible. The first tt scar was dark and raised and I know this one will fade nicely and be flat. I love my arms too, it's such a big difference! I'm still having trouble sleeping, but I've gone so long without sleep I'm bound to pass out at some point! Will update more when I can, but for now I'm going to go binge watch some more Netflix. Hope all you dolls are doing well!

Good luck!! I will be following your journey! If you want my complete honest opinion, I think if you get all of that done at once you're going to be miserable. When I was 19 I had a tt and brachioplasty with thigh lipo and had to stay in the hospital for a week because I physically couldn't get up. You can't use your arms, and with the muscle work on the tt it's quite painful. So you can't use your abs to get up either. Add in 360 lipo which is very painful as well and it will be intense. I'm sure you're very strong and capable, but I saw where you had asked for opinions, so that is my humble opinion. Maybe do it in 2 operations separated by a few months. Your recovery will go much smoother that way. Either way, I wish you the best and you won't regret it one bit!

You look so small, young lady! Serious reduction in volume for sure - & I bet some new clothes have followed, huh? So happy for you....btw, I peaked sexually 38-42.... You have plenty of time to practice til then, ;-)

Just want to send ((hugs)) and say I understand your journey (post MWL reconstruction) and how tough it is. I had my first round in February (TT & brachio)this year and am planning my second (LBL & thigh lift and some revision work) the first week of November. I really really hope that I will be satisfied this time because I don't see how I can fund anymore surgery after this. Stay strong and hope your trip home is much better this round.

I had my surgery on Monday, and it lasted almost 8 hours. Everything is looking good so far, I'm just in a tremendous amount of pain from the lipo. I'm having a hard time sleeping because they're limited places I can sleep due to the BBL. I will try to get some pics in the next couple days, I just have not felt like doing much of anything so I hope you all understand. I appreciate everyone's comments and following my journey as it has definitely been a long long road!
