Drain issues

So my drain is draining a dark blood color. I went to the Energency room they did a CT scan and noticed old blood around my incision which is called hematoma. They weren't too concerned seeing how that would explain my my drain was dark, that just means the old blood is draining out in my drain. I had my first massage since being back in the states and it felt so good to have all the hard spots worked out. Ladies I can't stress to you enough the importance of aftercare please make sure you have a lymphatic massage therapist when you get home me make sure it invest your money in getting those massages I was informed you want to get at least 10 massages after surgery. I am 19 days post op and I'm still struggling to walk standing straight I think it has something to do with this annoying ass drain I still have. I rather it drain tho than have to get manually drained. Anyways hope you learned a little something from my post sort I've been neglecting my realself.

Robles patients word of advice

Robles doesn't seem to like her patients using compression or getting massages in the first few days after surgery. The masseuse who is also a RN explained to me she could feel and see the inflammation and swelling and that I needed a tighter faja. For a few days I ignored it because Robles did not say it was ok to get anything tighter. One day the masseuse got some fluid out and the next day I put on a tighter faja and almost instantly I felt better.

Provider Review

Plastic Surgeon
Mustafac Kemal Atartuck, 24, Naco, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional

I can only go off of what I've read from other people and their experience from interacting with Dra Robles. She seems to know her stuff although there has been some incidents I still am confident she is the right surgeon for me. From my understanding she is really good with weight loss patients. I had lap band surgery 7 years ago.
