Initially, I consider Dr. Almanzar and Catherine to be accommodating, on an individual level, they seemed to be good people, easy to talk to, and caring; however, I am extremely disappointed with my results. I had breast implants, lipo, and brazilian butt lift done. I am very, very, very, very unhappy. I request the scar beneath my breast, he gave me a lollipop scar, my breast is now ugly and still hasn't fall naturally, i also have tissues / breast fat beneath my arm pit. (as a single person, there is no way I will be showing my breast again). At 7 months I still have hard spots all over my back and tummy, and I still have constant pain from my lower back. My most disappointment is with my butt and hip, right after surgery, I had the perfect shape, until 3 weeks later, all that was gone, the transfer last for only 3 weeks. when I contact Catherine, she assured me that it is too early to see the final results and she was adamant that I must be patient. ( I knew all that was baloney because all the girls from the recovery homes who had different doctors, did not lose their transferred fat.) I kept in contact with Catherine, I constantly gave her updates and sent pictures, she kept on assuring me to wait for six months post surgery. 6/21/2 017 six months post surgery, no differences, my butt is pancake flat, my hips are the exact size it was prior to surgery, and my breast has these humongous scars around the nipple and straight down the middle. my lower back pains like hell, and there is flaps from my back as a result of the lipo. I state my case with Catherine, she said the doctor is requesting pictures. I obliged, and sent pictures, awaiting a response, it is almost one month, no answer, no suggestion, no solution. After all those pain, discomfort, money spent, time taken away from work, I am still back at square one with less self-confidence than before, and they don't care. They already received cash upfront, hence they don't respond to me any more or try to come up with a resolution. Breast augmentation: I am very very disappointed and dissatisfied. Dec. 21, 2016 i had a few procedures. Breast implants, lipo, and fat transfer. The doctor and Catherine were very easy to talk to, caring and professional but my results are unacceptable. I did ask for cut beneath my breast, i got a lollipop cut. The scar is embarrassing, (not sure when or if I will ever be able to date again) the fat transfer was lost 3 weeks after the procedure. I keep sending pictures and asking questions. I was told i need to wait and be patient for 6 months in order to see the final result. I knew that was crap because all my roommates from the wellness home, that did their surgery with different doctors never had that issue. After 1 month their fat remains. After all those pain, sleepless night, and stress, my butt is pan cake flat. I also had fat transferred to my hip, thats all gone. On top of that, i constantly feel pain in my lower back. Fat tissue from my breast is resting under my arm pit. My breast still hasn't fall nor have a natural look. At six months post. I correspond with Catherine and I make my disappointment know. She resquest pictures which I sent. To date, no response.
