I am a wife mother of two amazing kids. I am planning to travel to my homeland, The Dominican Republic in Jan. 2016 to get a full tummy tuck. I never had a flat flat belly per say, and after having my first baby (9.8lbs) via c-section, my abdomen became the worst part of my body. I end up with stretch marks above my nabel, loose skin and the worst is that it hangs.
I had a consultation with Dr. Asmin Aquino from CiPLA in august 2015. I went thiking a liposuction as all I need, but he told me because of the loose skin a tummy tuck was going to give me the best results. I left his office kind of disappointed. Then I saw a friend that had a tummy tuck done 4 yeas ago and she told me she was very happy with the results, she even showed me her belly and scar, she looked great.
My biggest fear is to have complications during surgery or looking worse than I look now, also ending up with permanent numbness in my abdomen area:/.
