Surgery put off until 2019
When I scheduled my surgery dates I knew I needed to loose some weight before the surgery so my BMI would be acceptable for a successful surgery. Unfortunately I CAN NOT get rid of my weight & because of genetics and health reason with my PCP I decided to start the procedure for bariatric surgery. I just started the process and getting all my appointments set up. I wish it was easy for me but it seem like I look at food and I gain weight. Gym and weight watchers are not helping. I actually gained since October now I’m considered morbid obese. So far I did the consult, pcp visit and 1st nutritionist appt. I have to loose 19lbs in the next two months and Idk how I’m going to do that. I’ve been extremely depressed. My appearance is getting the best of me. I feel so ashamed of myself and disgusted! Off to start a new journey. Ugh!

You've got this doll! No it's not easy, just give it your all and know you can! Hit the gym or walk everyday, drink lots of water, protein veggies, food doesn't have to be boring, treat yourself once in awhile so you don't get discouraged, 80% clean, 20% treats! Think and focus on the goals you want to achieve and go for it! *hugs*

I did my surgery on the 25th of March in DR. My doctor was amazing. I’m still in DR. I’m leaving on Friday been here for 12 days. I did tt, lipo nd bbl. The name of my doctor is Luis Tactuk Simo. Hope this info helped.

New dates
Change of plans my previous scheduled surgery date changed from April 16 to May 1 2018. Now I will be in the DR form April 30 to May 15 2018. Need travel buddy.

If so, just got back from my make over with him. I’m 3 weeks post op. I’m generally happy with my body so far. wish he’d communicate more and maybe have some detailed post op information but other than that, I felt looked after and everyone says I look amazing. I don’t really know or care yet, I just want to finish my three month compression jail-term
