3 more weeks to go to my dream body. I am from a Caribbean country so I will be travelling to do this procedure. This will be my 1st time traveling to DR and I am feeling very excited, nervous and anxious all at once. I'm 3 weeks away so I want to document every step of the way. I have just started iron and folic acid supplements. I've already done my CBC and my results are normal which is great!!! Looking forward to my dream body. I love my kids and my husband and I'm glad to have their support on finally doing something for meeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm still on the folic acid and iron pills. I'm actually detoxing through a water flush and a slimming tea. I don't smoke but I drink a little. So tryna get all the alcohol and other meds out of my system before the surgery.

I've decided on staying at Yasmin/Jasmin rH. Im packing all the medical stuff she told me that I need and what Dr. Tactuk told me that I need to bring. I more than excited and anxious. My dream is really becoming a reality. I am very shy and embarrassed to show what I look like now. But with the help of God and Dr. Tactuk I'm sure I will be a perfect Tactuk DOLL. So here goes.

Hello! I hope all is well. I was thinking about going to him ad well. where did he perform your surgery?
Welcome to the community and thank you for joining us. How long will you be staying in the DR after surgery?
That is great, you will need that chill time before traveling back home.
You think I'll be up and about and can take a tour of the city? Any info
Would be greatly appreciated.
You don't want to stay in bed 24/7. You will need to get up and move around each hour for a little bit. The first week is the worst and you will need to lay pretty low. I don't recommend any tours of the city on this trip. You need to use this time for some important recovery. Get outside and sit in the sun, which will make you feel better. Don't plan any excursions.
