Well enough to sneak outside with big sunglasses to cover up sterile tape on my eyes. Stuffed drain in purse and had the best smoothie at a beachside cafe. Being positive really helps with the recovery. Prepare for the worse but hope for the best!

I was nervous but positive about the whole process if travelling to DR to have my surgery...lots of unknowns and risks but I have to say, I'm 100% glad I did it. The recovery has been amazing and I love my tiny waist--never had that before!!! The discomfort was only 1-2 days after surgery and very manageable after. I am staying at Camillia Recovery House and they are wholly accommodating to my needs. Still less than a week post op but very pleased--it even feels like a vacation as I lounge in bed and type this on my phone. I'm in bed but because I need bedrest but because it feels so good to relax and do nothing :)

Dra. Disla is a true professional and the consummate artist. My surgery was very long and she was fuelled by achieving perfect results. Her price was very reasonable and she put in efforts beyond the cost of her quote. I love Dra. Disla for her easy going fun manner. She was very hands on from the consult to removing my bandages and stuffing me into my faja. She makes the entire process less scary and put me at ease immediately. A remarkable woman.
