I got the short end of the stick in the eyelash department. Started Latisse on February 2 of this year. I've never had great eyelashes but I do now. It is now the end of June 2016, I've been using the product for 4 months now. I began cutting back. Allergen sent me a free bottle but I've always had to put more of the brush than l gtt. I'm going to try the suggestion I read here about cutting the brushes bristles off. I read what was written here about purchasing from a reputable pharmacy. Will try to post pics at a later date.

How did you get a free bottle from Allergan? That stuff is expensive.

The doctor who wrote the script for me had a free offer from the company who makes Latisse (Allergen). I don't know if you're familiar with their program "Brilliant Distinctions", which is another option. You receive "Points" and/or other special promotions and offers as well.

Just realize there is no guarantee that your eye color will not become darker at a point in time-mine did! Went from hazel to dark, dark brown! And it took awhile to notice.

I began using it Feb. 2nd of this year. At first I used it 7 nights a week & was pretty consistent. I began decreasing the applications after about l6 weeks to every other night. I was told that discontinuing use totally revert your eyelashes back to where you were prior to use. I cannot say how long that takes to happen. I know its expensive but there are ways to be frugel. The 5 ml bottle is the better buy. If you download the app "Good Pharmacy Rx", sign onto their site and run a search (on Lattise or any drug), the app will show you all the pharmacies in your local area and list those with the best prices. Thank you for sharing your experience with the community! I've just started (with Royal lashes) and wondered if you wash your eyelids in the morning after applying the liquid the night before? The instructions do not speak to this, and as my eyes tend to water from allergies, I am concerned about bleed over into my eye. Thank you!
