How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

Definitely Worth It
I'm 60-something and topical estrogen alone was not solving the issue of vaginal dryness and tearing. I chose Serenity because they are close to me. The facility is gorgeous, and I appreciate that their signage shows women of all ages -- I hate going into a place that shows only 20-somethings, makes me feel unwelcome. The consult with Dr Kang lasted maybe 2 minutes (I had done a lot of research before deciding to do the treatment, so didn't have many questions), and all treatments were done by nurses. The reception staff are very nice, and the medical staff are polite and professional.
You're given numbing cream before the procedure, but during prep for the first session, the numbing cream was removed so vigorously that some of the vaginal membrane tore. For the second and third sessions I made sure to politely request that they proceed carefully when doing so. Despite the numbing, I still wouldn't call DiVa pleasant or comfortable (it's the strangest sensation, like somebody tapping inside the vaginal with a teeny little hammer), but fortunately it only lasts a few minutes.
All of that said, the results have definitely been worth it. The mucosal membrane actually lubricates now, and things are much more flexible. I will be returning to Serenity for the 6 month maintenance treatments.
