Its been quite some time I have been stalking this site and checking out various reviews but nothing really prepares you when it comes to your own experience. Everyday I would complain about my back hurting me and the sagging was bothering me more than the size of my breasts. I opted to go for a reduction and lift. I was two minded about getting the surgery done coming closer to the date but I guess that was just nerves and anxiousness. The surgery took approximately two hours as my doc flew in his team to assist to cut down the time I would spend on the table. It has been just one day after surgery and I have minimum pain. That was one of my major concerns as well. The pain is so manageable. I have already peeked the results and its fantastic! Would I do it all over again? Hell yes!!! Forget the videos you see on Youtube cause everyone's experience is different. It gives you an idea what to expect but it can also scare you into not wanting to get your procedure done. Right now, I'm just relaxing, lying on my back to sleep but I can moce around like normal. Avoid any heavy lifting and only do light duties shortly after.

Hope this review is helpful to someone. I will keep you guys updated as to the post op sessions and the final results. All and all, I'm extremely happy with the results so far.

Dr Barrios is very patient, he doesn't mind taking time to explain the various procedures and any concerns you may have. I was extremely nervous as the date came closer for the operation but he assured me that I was in good hands and I would be taken care of. He is very gentle and treats his patients like his own family. Right before I was sedated, he had me laughing so I would feel comfortable and my mind would be relaxed.

I'm disappointed that they r not smaller. Its just like one size down from where they were before so that doesnt make mych sense to me, in my honest opinion. I was expecting like tops that i had before to fit mych better but its not mych of a difference

As for rhe lift, yes it has lifted to a higher position but i expected more fullness fo the top and a nicer cleavage. Because of the fact that gravity pulls and the size is still very big there is still some sagging. So i'm foreseeing sometime in the future I would have to redo them or add silicone for the contour that I want.

All in all, as you saw the pics, its waaaaay better than before but not 100% what I would have liked.
Im from Trinidad as well & looking for a dr,by chance did u see any before & after pics from your surgeon during consultation?
Hi this is over a year so oh may have found a dr already. I am from the Virgin Islands and there is a dr that has an officer here in St. Thomas, New York, and in Trinidad. If memory serves me correct his name is James Nelson. If you haven't already did your procedure you can probably research him.
No i didn't. But you know seeing pics tells you nothing. Cause how are you so sure, the pics being shown are the doctor's actual work? He was recommended by a friend who knew someone who did surgery by him and was satisfied and I took the chance. I trusted Dr Barrios and it turned out well. He doesn't really put himself out there either. It's mostly by referrals that he does surgery.
