Life changing - now I’m training for my first full marathon

Now that I’m officially 1 year post-op, I can review. Dr. Sterry was fantastic. I had diastasis muscle repair, two hernia repairs, and a tummy tuck (no lipo needed). From the get-go I trusted Dr. Sterry—he was honest, knowledgeable, and answered my questions with confidence. On the day of my surgery I felt very comfortable (the staff were all great!). Dr. Sterry was available day/night if I needed anything (I only needed to contact him once and he was responsive, as promised). When I had diastasis I couldn’t run, exercise with any twists (no yoga) or planks (no core)…. Now! I’m training for my first full marathon—life changing. I’m so grateful for his expertise, and the collective expertise within his practice. Thank you!
