Wow been a tough 4 weeks but starting to feel so much better. The turning corner was getting a lymphatic massage. I was so skeptical but the swelling and stiffness was crazy and I thought that it would never end. The first massage - afterwards I owed soo much and ( sorry for graphic) but pooped 6 times. My doctor visit today - she said the difference in my swelling has made her a believer of lymphatic drainage. Have lost 10.5 pounds since surgery ! So glad she took out over 5+
