I visited Hair Neva for a hair and eyebrow transplant after extensively researching several clinics worldwide. The customer care and service was 5 star from start to finish. Mike the medical consultant was informative and professional and explained the procedure in detail. He arranged an airport transfer and hotel accomodation for me which was located in the same building as the clinic which made the experience so convenient. All of the staff were professional and caring, especially Fattia and Ammar the translators who were reassuring and made sure I understood everything.
The surgeon was skilled and meticulous.
My procedure was virtually pain free and I didn't even have to take painkillers afterwards. I would highly recommend Hair Neva to anyone considering a hair transplant!
