ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY post tummy tuck
I'm just 6 days past my one year anniversary of my surgery date. It's been a long year of recovery mentally and physically. I regretfully moved away from Florida to a place where it snows with a long winter and packed back on some weight while in hibernation. Not too much weight but started going to yoga and going to start running 5k's this year. It's been a huge boost to my confidence looking back at old pics of me in a bikini to where I am now. My scar still runs high in the center and I might look into revision of some sort if available but overall as far as flatness- I think I achieved desired outcome.
