Poor Customer Service Liars

i bought the derma wand pro in april 2021, the power ran out on it quickly, within a months , they said to take a picture and the concludes it wa dying , so i paid a warranty fee to replace , they did not want it returned which i found strange , they said it would be replace , i have waited till today Aug. 11 with no replacement,, they keep saying it’s dhl and i don’t believe they will replace , or refund , i am reporting to BBB,, immediately! i will call them this week to let them know about the review and the BBB report ,
