Consultation review: Bad Experience
ORIGINAL POST
Bad Experience with Natasha Cook
I had my doubts about booking an appointment with Dr Cook after seeing how commercial her website had become selling her own brand of cosmetics. I need someone professional and specialised to consult me on medical grade laser and a treatment plan for my skin condition.
I booked the appointment due to an immediate availability and convenient location.
I arrived 10 minutes early. At my appointment time I was taken into a room by a nurse who asked questions regarding my skincare then left there for in there for half an hour. It was stuffy - no air-conditioning or windows. Dr Cook popped her head in to say she hadn’t forgotten about me, but she “was catching up.”
I waited 15 more minutes then left. I felt humiliated and angry, as I organised a referral and time off work to get there.
In reception there were two young girls waiting for their backed-up appointments.
That was my experience. I definitely won’t reschedule to see her again. There was no apology from her.
