A year

Hey! So just a quick update after a year I believe. I stopped doing this since I found it a little inconvenient for my work schedule, but honestly I saw so much improvement in my skin here are some pics I took recently. I still have some break outs here and there but nothing that left the marks that acne did to me 10 years ago.
Even though I did this on my own I was able to see changes I encourage you to try it, not on your own unless you’re qualified or you wanna take the risk IM NOT A PROFESSIONAL but I’ve tried so many things ON MY OWN SKIN that i felt comfortable enough to do it. (Plus I was on a Budget) I see myself trying it again soon maybe I can have baby skin some day

Well, is already been more than 3 weeks since I use dermapen on my face. Like I repeated a few time, this was my second time performing micro needle on myself and so far I think it helped with my hyper pigmentation. I’m happy to see some results. As reference I suffer from Ice-pick scars – (deep, narrow, pitted scars) on cheeks. My skin type is combination- oily With some active hormonal acne, when I consume dairy or is the time of the month I get the most painful breakouts leaving pigmentation behind and some scars. But the main reason of my scars on cheeks was due to my acne from 9years ago. I suffered from blood filled pimples result of my acne and bad application of benzoyl peroxide. -I did this on my own, - I did not use a numbing cream but is recommended so this could be painless I just don’t like to put extra stuff on my face. And I have a job I can’t make this to the point I go very deep that I can’t go out for a week. NO, NO, NO. - I’m not a beauty therapist I do my research and practices on myself -I do have anatomy, and other sciences knowledge-I do get facials once in a while, and ask the esthetician about some concerns I could have. -I had microdermabrasion sessions w a specialist and i did microdermabrasion on my own for 3 years. -I’ve seen dermatologist & estheticians, been on pills and thanks to all that I’m here and my skin is not perfect but slowly getting better. - I do this because I can’t afford expensive scar treatments that could probably just give me the same results and because I feel more comfortable on my own. -I’m working on being professionally trained skin care specialist this year because I just feel really connected with skin care. Here are the products I used during this second session.

I love that you are doing this by yourself. These treatments are expensive. BUT..... you shouldn’t be doing a treatment at 2mm any more that 4-6 weeks apart. You aren’t giving your skin time to regenerate collagen and repair. You will do more damage than good and be disappointed. Please ask around. Good luck.

Sorry I dont know why it didn’t add my peeling pictures on the 2nd day. And i don’t know about you guys but My pics after a week look blurry , so I’m going to upload them again and right a description because I don’t really see an option to add it on that specific update.
Working on getting all the products and device I used in a picture.
Thanks.
