I received jawline filler at this clinic and experienced a complication that required the filler to be dissolved with Hylenex afterward. While the Hylenex was provided, I did not receive a full refund for the original service despite the complication requiring correction. I was disappointed with how the situation was handled and would have appreciated more transparency and customer care throughout the process.
