I did a lot of research and chose Dr Pirani because of his positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience did not live up to them. Not only did he speak to me in a very derogatory and insulting manner, he injected filler largely in an area other than where we agreed upon, actually making the problem I'd come in for much worse. Don't let anyone tell you filler lasts 6 months, it's damn near permanent, and dissolving comes with its own risks (not to mention doctors charging you even more money to fix THEIR mistakes). If I could take it back I would.
