They had to inject hyalase to dissolve the migration of filler

i was a long term loyal client and was just recently asked to leave this clinic because I brought concerns to them about my migrating lip filler. Dr. Bentley had to inject hylalase to dissolve the migration of filler that was along the outer area of my lower lip. Seems you can NOT express any concerns about their work or YOUR face, because if you do you are deemed a dissatisfied client and will be asked to find another clinic. Funny after I brought my concerns forward, I was sent an email by my injector claiming that she has not been able to satisfy my goals in fact she stated that NONE of the injectors would be able to satisfy me and I should basically go else where. I love how this was turned around on me when I called them out on their work......they seem to manage concerns and feedback as problematic and do not have the skills to professionally deal with concerns and like to avoid complaints,,,,,,Yet the have a guarantee " medical excellence , beautiful results" this must only apply to those who spend tens of thousands of dollars per year!
How they manage or rather don't manage constructive feedback is somewhat alarming, I guess you are just supposed to take what you get and if you go back to them with noticeable incongruency's to your face , to bad ! they will make this a you problem and eventually you will be asked to leave . Pathetic concerns and feedback doesn't equal $$$$ is what it seems matters at the end of the day at this clinic
