Not impressed

I had fillers in the past with beautifil results. I have recently tried a bew practioner who used Belotero as a filler for the cheeks (previous practioner used Voluma).
I never once experienced bruises in the past, but this time i ended up with a chunky lump on the top side of one cheek. I was told it was a bruise and it will go on its own, but two weeks later it is there and only just improved a little. It shows the most when i smile and it is very embarrassing.
Not sure if it is down to the filler or the new practioner but I will not repeat
