Overall a very good experience and I absolutely love my results!
I met with Courtney to discuss filler, threads, and Dysport as a gender affirming treatment since I'm not able to access facial feminization surgery at this time. During our initial consultation Courtney asked a lot of great questions to understand my goals and needs, explained things clearly, was engaging and funny, and I learned a ton! I left feeling incredibly excited about my upcoming procedures.
Our treatment session went smoothly, and things healed with very minimal bruising or discomfort. Courtney explained everything as she was doing, and was attentive to how I was feeling/my pain level as she worked on me. She was respectful, kind, and professional throughout. She checked in with me about how I was feeling after the appointment, which I very much appreciated.
I absolutely love my chin so so much! My cheeks are much more defined, and my lips look and feel lovely. I adore what the neuromodulator did to open my my eyes and brow area which has made a huge difference in how I feel about my face. Courtney is an artist with an eye for detail, and I am so so grateful for her work.
The only area for improvement I can mention is that there could be a bit more sensitivity in communicating about parts of our initial treatment plan that would not be available (due to time, product stock, etc) during the appointment - especially given the emotional weight and urgency of gender affirming treatments for transgender and gender non-conforming people.
Overall, this was an excellent experience and I love my results. Thank you Courtney!
