Filler Overfill in Nasolabial Folds

Filler doesn't fully dissolve
$699
It has been two years and seven months and the filler inside my nose and around my mouth hasn't fully dissolved or the shape of my previous face has not returned and my natural smile lines have not returned (what I paid to cover, now I miss). It is around the areas that have little to no movement where the residual filler sits. I read horrible reviews about hyaluronidase injections, but I want the natural shape of my face back so I plan to see a reconstruction facial plastic surgeon about those injections and possibly a new nose.

Such a minute amount of filler left I can feel that my natural shape will return soon. The Homer Simpson effect has returned due to portions around the bridge of my nose beginning to narrow. The nose and the rounding around my lips are the giveaway that my natural face has not returned. Above my upper lip there has been a rounding effect and I am still waiting for that portion to flatten. I feel pretty again because the center of my face is indenting; the filler pushed the center of face outward which gave an animated look, which took away from natural beauty and also caused an aging effect. A year ago I left the chair with an aged appearance of 12-20 years older. Where for one year people said, "You look good for your age." Now again people are saying, "You are very pretty." I haven't heard that for a year, three months, and 7 days.

When the face is overfilled, there will come a point in time when the host no longer recognizes their original form and shape. I've had a nose job, so I am well familiar with adjusting to a new facial structure but the overfill completely morphed my face and I am flabbergasted as to how could a professional or so-called expert misunderstand my minimal request of a subtle change to cover the appearance of "smile-lines" over what she actual performed. But the rules of plastic surgery is that we sign those waivers, so that we put ourselves in those risks. So I will say this, I am at over a 6-9 month frame and there are portions that collapse as to shock me to realize that that portion was not part of my bone structure. I am still waiting for my natural jaw line to return. I am shocked that my nose continues to reshape each morning, which is my greatest indicator that the filler has not yet dissolved. Also, the Homer Simpson is finally gone and I feel pretty again. My upper portion that is above my lips is flattening again and my natural chin shape is returning the slowest. My natural heart-shape has returned also and I am happiest for that.
