Brilliant, kind, and everything I seek in a physician. Dr. Karcher dissolved under my eye where I had been overfilled and she did so with such care and precision that I still have filler where I want it and will probably not need to add anything additional to that area. She could have easily just dissolved everything and charged me to do it all over again herself, but she put my needs (health, cosmetic, and financial) first and foremost in her treatment.
