53 year old male - Look significantly younger

I'm an extremely particular and experienced consumer when it comes to cosmetic procedures. Dr. Kotlus is one of the best I've encountered in almost 25 years of doing procedures. He is extremely communicative, explains things in a clear but very detailed manner, and is just a generally nice and friendly person. I went to him for under eye surgery, hell bent on getting it done. He could have easily just done the surgery and collected fees. Instead, he talked me through why I'm not ready for surgery and that under eye filler was the best route for me. I was adamant about getting surgery and pushed back hard. He held his ground kindly and respectfully explained in even more detail why he advised against it at this time.

Under eye filler is a very difficult and delicate procedure and can have terrible results. I've had numerous terrible results in the past looking overfilled, uneven, unnatural and on multiple occasions resulting in the formation of puffy areas after some time because of poor technique. I'm a 53 year old male. I can also be prone to overdoing it when it comes to procedures and Dr. Kotlus talked me through my expectations, explained what was reasonable and what wasn't very clearly, and pointing to very specific areas of my under eye. And he explained why to avoid overcorrection and how chasing unrealistic goals could result in poor results. In the end, my results were absolutely exceptional. The best I've ever had. They look extremely natural, and I look significantly younger. I'm thrilled with my results and if you knew me, you would be shocked to hear me say that about any procedure. I'm highly critical and very difficult to impress. I cannot recommend Dr. Kotlus highly enough.
