Thousands of dollars later and I look worse

I came to this establishment because I was referred by my friend and I met with Kelly for some filler. She was very sweet and assuring me that whomever put filler in before didn't do good job and she could definitely place the filler to make my eyes look better. She dissolved a bunch of my filler to start all over again. Thousands of dollars later I look worse and whenever I asked for someone to look at it the manager called back without looking at the videos and pictures of my eyes and how they were overfilled and misplaced filler. I was too concerned about upsetting Kelly that I just kept entrusting her. So she didn't achieve the results she had hoped for so she started documenting my file that I need surgery. Why would I spend thousands of dollars to look worse. So I called and spoke with the mama to meet with dr rice and I was sent a text that there was nothing they could do for me. Whenever I told them that I recorded a conversation with the receptionist they finally scheduled me to see someone and I couldn't make the appointment because my dog passed. I told them I needed to reschedule but I had already went to another Dr that dissolved a little of the filler and told me to never go back to this place again after what the my did to my eyes and I should have never let her out any filler in my face. He said he placed the filler where my face looks flat and she placed the wrong type of filler under my eyes.
