Left me with larger scarred areas that are extremely noticeable

Awful she ruined my skin with spot dermabrasion for a small mole removal scar and another on my cheek. Never did she explain to me that she would treat an area larger than the scar living me with more and larger scarred areas that are extremely noticeable I have horrible textured skin, demarcation lines and hypo pigmentation. I should have been treated with filler. The only thing she told me is that my scarring would improve by 50%. 

When i went back to see her she barely looked at me and tried to blame it on weight gain. Told me I had rosacea which if I did, than you definitely should have not performed dermabrasion. Also told me that dermabrasion does not cause hypopigmentation which is completely untrue, there are many medical studies indicating. She didn't even want to take fault or offer me any solutions. This has caused me great depression and an extreme loss of self confidence.

After speaking to the office manager was told I would get a refund and then never received it. Had to call about it for months until I was finally told I after being already told I would receive it in a month's time, that I would have to deal with corporate. Corporate offered me a refund based on removing my negative review and that I could not verbally say anything disparaging or write another review within the next 3 yrs, if I did I would have to pay Dr. Lupo $5K a week. There was no protection for me as the botched patient with a clause like that to get a small refund. Its been an awful experience for and the stress of trying to find someone that can fix this and make the new scarring less noticeable has been overwhelming.
