This product EXPLODED WHILE I WAS USING IT ON MY...

This product EXPLODED WHILE I WAS USING IT ON MY FACE AND IT CUT MY FACE. I sent derma wand a letter as soon as it happened in Jan 2016 and NEVER heard from them then I put a review on their site and a rep emailed me. She harassed me for almost three weeks asking me to send them the receipt and I told her I couldn't. Then she told me the derma wand was a fake as theirs certainly didn't explode. I sent them pictures of the wand and my face and again I have never heard from them... THIS IS THE WORST PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.... DO NOY BUY. It does not work and it is very dangerous...

Take pictures and file a law suit.
Wow what a disgrace this company puts out a product that explodes on someone's Face and they do absolutely NOTHING! Don't let them get away with this. Bad bad business!! Big Scam! It's all about them making money! They should of compensate you ! So Wrong. Won't be buying their product ever.
I hope your skin has repaired. Derma Wand has greatly damaged my skin, broken capillaries and scars (welts) through my face! It appears my skin break is down, wondering what can I do to stop the damage? I used it for 6 weeks and started to notice the damage, I'm devastated to say the least.
I'm so sorry this happened to you. My heart goes out to you because it's devastating when something like this happens to your face. I'm thinking that possibly an IPL will help with the broken capillaries. Not sure about the scar welts. I know from personal experience that the IPL helped me with a few minor broken capillaries on my face. I sincerely hope this helps. Take care.
