Derma Roller to stimulate collagen
$20
Hi beautiful friends! I just purchased a 5-1 Derma Roller from Amazon for $20 . I will use it on my skin. (Legs, butt, face) I have heard it was great for anti ageing, skin regeneration, skin tightening and collagen stimulation. I will let you know how I like it!

Any updates?

Hey @317Realer just posted an update. I have only done 1 roll so far (will roll again tomorrow ) but I am already seeing some good changes . My skin feels softer! Yay!! Excited to see what happens with several rolls trying to space them out . I used the 2mm on first roll so I may use a smaller one the next roll.

I just purchased one too! It definitely isn’t as powerful of an effect as the real deal that I had, but hey, this was only $10 compared to my $350 microneedling in my ps’ office!!
It does feel prickly like you said, but kinda fun to use. Have fun needling away. Hugs

see Penn.smith you tube videos. She is a master esthetician and has great videos on exactly what you should be doing with your micro-needling and how often

First Roll
Just completed my first full roll! It was very prickly and felt more annoying then painful. I did 6 rolls horizontally and 6 rolls vertically. Taking one section of skin at a time moving across the entire area. Skin feels very tingly just like I have a sunburn. I did my legs and butt. I followed with a lotion concoction half Cocoa Butter and half Aloe Vera gel mixed together and massages into skin. The aloe Vera is soothing and really helps with the sunburn feeling. I also wanted to share my Water Detox Recipe. Take a pitcher of water add cucumber slices, lemon slices , lime slices and a sprig of ginger. Place in fridge and infuse over night. Wake up to refreshing water!! Tastes amazing! I drink this every morning! My kids love it as well.

Skin feels softer
Seeing some good changes, my skin feels softer and smoother. the sunburn feeling only lasted about a day. I did have red scratches and pin point bleeding but nothing major and it went away by the second day. Will post more pictures soon!

How's the rolling going? Did you do other areas yet? I've had it done on my face but need 3 more sessions to get the full result.

Rolling is going good. I have been trying to do it every 6wks or so. I have done thighs and butt. I have to wait in between rolls because my skin turns very red and looks very scratched the next day but it usually goes away by day 2. I haven’t tried face a little worried it will break out. Is it painful on your face?

Does this thing really work? Sounds painful! Love to see an update.

It’s more annoying then painful. You can apply as little or as much pressure as you want. If you press down really hard it would be painful. I think I do like a medium pressure. Just enough where I feel it but not so much it hurts. My skin does bleed in a few spots but I heard it’s normal. My skin actually feels softer. Like a very good exfoliation . There are two drawbacks so far #1.It is time consuming lol you have to go over each section like 4-5 times in different directions. #2. Skin feels very tender like a sunburn and I broke out with scratches the next morning. I am going to roll again tonight and post what the scratches look like tomorrow.

I have the same kit! It took me a while to get the hang of it. I was putting the Vitamin C serum on after I rolled my entire body, but I read it's better to put it on it first, then roll. I started doing this last month and am finally seeing improvements in my stretch marks.

I just bought a .5 on amazon and did my first roll and I swear it's been two days and my acne scar on my chin seem to be lighter I even asked my husband If he noticed any difference and he said yes I thought I was imagining it lol
Can't wait to hear what you think!
