Derma-roller for silver stretch marks

I have had stretch marks since puberty. I have them all over but the ones that bother me the most are the ones on my arms, chest and back of my knees. I always keep them covered up and throughout my life I have felt too embarrassed to wear short sleeved tops, anything low cut- and I never get my legs out!
A few weeks ago I finally went for a consultation for a course of professional derma-roller treatment on my most hated areas!
Today I had my first treatment on 6 areas. I will be having two further treatments- each six weeks apart.
I'm going to post my progress pictures on here because when I was doing my research into this procedure, I couldn't find many reviews which showed their before and after. I hope my experience can help others make an informed decision about whether to pay for this costly treatment professionally.
My practitioner is using a 2mm Derma-roller, along with numbing cream, antiseptic cream and hyaluronic acid. This treatment hurts! It's an unpleasant scratching sensation but not excruciating. In my experience, the numbing cream doesn't really do much! My course of treatment (3 treatments- 6 areas) was £699.00.
I'm also using a stem cell complex cream on the areas that have been treated.
I've added some before pics and post treatment pics. I'll share some progress pictures in a few weeks as I continue my course of treatments. Stay tuned!

5 days post 1st treatment

Here are some progress pics from 5 days post treatment. The areas I had treated are healing well and the redness has mostly subsided. My chest and arms are a little itchy and have been peeling a small amount. Nothing too bad though.
I feel like I can see a difference in their appearance compared to my starting point and am hoping that this continues to improve as my skin heals.
I’m still applying a stem cell cream twice daily to the treated areas.

Nearly 4 weeks post 1st treatment

It’s been nearly weeks since my first treatment. I’ve been using hydraulic acid twice daily since treatment. I can’t see much improvement so far, although the ones on my chest look a bit better depending on the angle and lighting. In these pictures they look less visible but they are definitely still there.

The chest looks nicer.. This takes time and a few applications for it to work.
I like Skin Medica TNS serum.. The double serum with stem cells. My dr turned me into it. It's amazing! Really works with dermarolling...microblading and microdermabrasion. Ask yout Dr if they heard of it
It really added to my procedures.
