I added a picture from today, a week after using my dermaroller. I don't have any problems with my forehead, other than large pores. From the bottom of my eyes and down is the concern. I'd like to plump my face and improve scars. I just look tired. I'll be rolling once every 6 weeks with a 1.0 roller and see what happens. It's hard to wait, but I'd like to give my skin enough time to heal before I roll again. I'm going to look into ordering a couple different sizes and maybe a dermapen for the scar on my nose and eyelI'd. I also have my first microdermabrasion and glycolic peel scheduled for April 13th.
27 years old wanting to plump face
I bought a dermaroller off of Amazon at a length of 1.0 . I had tried to use it two times a year or so ago, but it just hurt too bad. I decided to use my tattoo numbing gel (Hush) to numb my face and give this a real go. So on the 14th of this month I put the gel on my face and let it sit until I felt dumb. I used the roller on my face in 4 different directions, but took it easy on my nose, because my nose didn't end up numbing like the rest of my face did. I bled a little bit, but nothing more than I had expected. I didn't have any special creams to use on hand. I had washed my face with my Dr bronners bar soap and followed with a proactive toner prior to rolling. I had a tiny sample tube of strivectin that I used on my skin and then I started rolling. After, I cleaned the blood off my face and put my Obagi Tretinoin 0.01 cream on my face. I was red for about 2 days and it reminded me of a sunburn.
