My experience was so disappointing and expensive. Dr. Moore didn't listen to me at all, he wasn't understanding, he was annoyed and impatient. As soon as he wasn't trying to sell me on an augmentation, he was never available for questions. I never saw him once after surgery. Medical assistants saw me every single time. The one time I had to call the "on-call" phone, no one answered and my call wasn't returned until the next day. I was concerned with my implants not descending after a few months and made an appointment. I still wasn't able to see the doctor, but the medical assistant diagnosed me with capsule contracture and wrote me out a prescription. I don't even think that's legal unless the doctor sees me! Turns out I don't have capsule contracture, but I do have lateral displacement and implants that are WAY too big for my body. They're so uncomfortable and look awkward spaced so far apart on my chest. All my volume is in my armpit. I have to pay almost $10,000 to have another surgeon replace them. I wouldn't let him touch me if he offered to do it for free. This is a business, he doesn't practice medicine or care for his patients. As soon as he has your money he doesn't even care to do a post-op exam. His practice is, at the very least, irresponsible.
