This was not money well spent. Regrettable! The overall impression I got from the Facefirst office was rude and unprofessional. I did not get the results I wanted. They are not the least bit concerned with customer service for their patients or creating a caring environment for their patients. Liz, Dr. Cote's assistant, is unprofessional and appears overwhelmed. She was not gentle while removing splint and stitches at my postop appt. When I called her a few days after my surgery to report a significant amount of pain and swelling despite following all post op care instructions and taking pain meds, she told me"what do you expect? - you just had surgery." Don't waste your money or time at this office - there are other plastic surgeons in the area that will provide a better experience and results - overall

Aside from the customer service issue, how did your rhinoplasty turn out?
Dr. Cote strives to address the concerns of all of his patients. You may have had some recent surgery and are swollen and the best thing is to bring these concerns to his attention so that they can be addressed.
Bad customer service is hard to look over, but I'm just wondering if the surgery was at least worth it. Are you satisfied with the result? I'm looking to schedule a few consultations next month, and I'm really stumped on who to go to first.
