Revision Rhinoplasty - Denver, CO

In short, Dr. Cote exceeded my expectations. I was a nervous wreck while considering this revision. It was actually my third rhinoplasty. I am 46 years old and had my first cosmetic procedure on my nose when I was 18. Three years ago, I went in to see a local ENT and cosmetic surgeon who specialized in noses because I was having trouble breathing. It was, in fact, determined that I had collapsed nasal valves, narrowed turbinates and a deviated septum. I didn't ask as many questions as I should have and ended up with a horrible looking nose. My insurance covered the entire procedure, but the doctor told me that I would probably want some cosmetic work done to my tip to keep things in proportion once he inserted the spreader grafts. He charged me $5,000 for that and what I got was the most hideous looking nose - which changed my life. It was huge, especially in photos. I avoided the camera at all costs and have very few pictures of me and my kids for the past three years. My tip was noticeably longer and bigger. So, I decided to consider another revision. I was a basket case because I didn't know who to trust. I wasn't sure if I should go outside of Denver to seek the best rhinoplasty surgeon I could find because I knew that this would be my last shot. I was also very angry that I had to pay out of pocket for something which should have been done right the first time and go through surgery and the downtime again. Enter Dr. Cote. I asked everyone I knew about who to go to in Denver. I even called local salons and other businesses who would have suggestions. Dr. Cote's name came up every time! I knew Dr. Cote was the right one when during one of my consultations with another doctor, the nurse told me to go see him when I told her I wanted to meet with one more doctor and I needed another name and she recommended Dr. Cote. Once I met him I could tell that he was super super smart and knowledgable and very serious about these revisions. I was still a basket case, though and put him through the ringer with questions and he was happy to help talk me through things! I love my nose! My confidence is back! My procedure was a very complicated one and the nurses said that he took his time and is very meticulous! Thank God I found Dr. Cote and went through with the procedure - I couldn't be happier with the results!
