Extremely Unhappy with my Results. - Denver, CO

I had this procedure done a few years ago because the doctor claimed it would yield good results and he did other procedures on me in the past. It would turn out to be the worst cosmetic mistake I've ever made in my life. The following two weeks after the procedure, I couldn't believe how good I looked--it made me look 21 again. Then after about a month, I started to notice a few huge "pores" appear but I didn't panic because it was still overall pretty good. But month by month for about a year and a half following the procedure, it got worse as I developed the dreaded orange peel texture all over my face, which was made even worse because it had a shine too it. I went back to my doc and he gave me the same [RS bleep] doctors have given many who've been hurt by lasers--you're aging, it couldn't possibly do that, blah, blah, blah. But I'm here to tell all of you...it can and it did! This is permanent damage and you'll desperately look for products and things to help you but the reality is there's nothing that can help you recover from this. Although I will admit it did improve some overtime, it still looks much worse than it did before I had it done. I'd give anything to go back to the day I had this done and NOT do it. So I'll leave you all with this...PLEASE think very LONG and very HARD before letting anyone come near your face with a laser, especially this one, because you're playing Russian Roulette with your face. You might be thrilled with your results or you might be devastated and heartbroken. Unfortunately, if you find yourself in the latter, there isn't a damn thing they can do to help you.

By the way, if I'm wrong and any of you have found a real way to fix this, please let me know.
