WORTH IT
I am so beyond thrilled with my results from the J plasty procedure!! Only 13 days and inches gone and my clothes fit perfectly. He got rid of my flanks (hip bulge) I have spent years trying to do on my own. Dr.Zamora and his staff are so friendly and welcoming!!! I highly recommend them!! Just amazing thank you!!

What is the pain like? Thinking of getting my abdomen done.
I had my abdomen done two weeks ago. I didn't take pain meds, just some ibuprofen the night after the procedure. No pain, mostly soreness like you did a heavy ab workout after the procedure. I slept more than normal the first two days after procedure, then back to normal. You feel tightness from the swelling and after a few days it starts to itch. I was back to normal activities after three days, except slow to get up and down. After one week all normal except swelling, so you have to wear a garment.
