The swelling went down ALOT! thank goodness!!!!! both bottom & top are uneven )= I will see the Dr next week. I will keep you all posted

I agree, they look awesome. Maybe it is just a little bit of residual swelling left but you will be more critical of them than anyone else. I'm trying to tell from your before photo where you are smiling, but it is possible you had a slight bit of asymmetey pre-op and the implants drew more attention to it? That's the case with me, and I'm getting a lip lift before doing the implants.

Here is the one with my mouth closed. Can you see how uneven they are? My top right is thicker then the left. I feel like the left also doesn't match up to the bottom left. I'm hoping this is all swelling. I have an appt Aug 13th so I hope it's resolved by then.

I feel like they are hard, but I did kiss a guy & he says " I'm a good kisser" I didn't tell him I had implants lol

I am still stiff. When I smile it's thicker on one side than the other. From the side I feel like they look like duck lips /= I still feel unsure but I am also very impatient. I will give it a cpl more weeks.

Maybe you should post the question on this website where multi surgeons reply so you can have the best answer. post a picture extra and state your concerns. All the best.

They look great. Can you post of photo of you straight on without smiling so we can see shape and size. Is it hard to open your mouth and smile? Also can you feel the implant when you touch your lips.?

You have had much fulness for sure. If you are worried about them being uneven you can try to feel with fingers if the implants are well-centered. If they are, its just swelling. I hope they heal soon.

I tiny bit, and if not I think they look great and you can barely even tell that they aren't perfectly symetrical.
If you start looking at people's mouths in general, you will notice that lips aren't even to begin with. But I wouldn't be surprised if there is still swelling because the placement looks on point.
