HI there....so here is my attempt at a photo. Taken today which is 13 weeks post surgery. Everything is great and my scars look good considering its only 3 months post op. I am going to get the heavy duty scar gel tape that is supposed to be great. I am VERY happy with the results!! I just ordered an Athleta swim top in a medium and it looked beautiful. Before I couldn't even fit into a large without being self conscious. Sorry I do not have any before pics, but trust me, it is a huge difference!

Let me start by saying how happy I am that I FINALLY got this procedure done! I've been wanting smaller breasts for years. They were 34DDD and in the way of everything! After pounding tennis courts, life and nursing a baby, I needed a lift as well. I LOVE, LOVE the result! The lift that she did with the reduction makes them look very perky. There are definitely scars, but not as bad as you would think. Just depends on how you scar I suppose. It is an extended recovery, but well worth the patience in the end. if you are thinking about doing this, get it done now. I wish I'd had it done years ago.

Thanks for sharing when you say extended recovery how long do you mean? I am very active too so how long did it take to start lifting comfortably again? And when we're you able to start playing tennis? Thanks in advance

Since you are very active you can relate.......it drove me CRAZY not being able to do anything more than walk. They don't want your heart rate to get elevated for at least 5 weeks, so needless to say its very limiting! I'm sure doctors opinions all differ but after spending all the $$ and down time I'd rather go the conservative route. After all, they have been thru a ton of these and I don't have my doctor degree! :) I started back at the gym (think bike and legs) after 7 weeks, running on the treadmill and things like TREX at 9. I started hitting serves and light matches at 10 weeks. I had a suture that came thru at 8 weeks so that set me back about 4-5 days. But now its awesome....they look great and I've had no problems with exercise because I waited the appropriate amount of time.
