So far I've been impressed with my doctor and his staff. They've been very helpful and willing to answer any questions I've had this far. I found out at my consultation that I'll need a lift as well as BA. This terrifies me! Has anyone had both and regret it? Or had only BA but wish you had the lift?

Get the lift! Think hard on the size tho. The pic you posted is not of very large breasts and I find through experience that all surgeons have a different opinion on how many CCs will give you a cup size. I'm your height and very close to your weight and 300CC plus my smaller bust probably a full B (I never got sized after my lift because I did my surgery in two steps) Anyways it ended up with me in a 34 F bra. It was awful. I just had them removed and tiny implants put in. So do the rice test that I wish someone had told me about. It's not the same as shoving a sizer in a bra at the Drs office it's suppose to be better. You can search it on here. If you don't mind how big or noticeable they end up then ignore this lol

Thank you for your input! It's so hard to know what to do or how big to go. I'm broad-shouldered so my measurements indicate I'll need to go at least 400-425cc if not doing the lift and going with a high profile gel. I'm worried that'll be too big but also don't want the look of two round balls either. Thanks again for taking the time to respond. :)

I asked my doctor the same question, why the lift? My sister and I went to Dr Squires in Denver and she didn't get a lift and she wishes she would have. Dr Squires was very good at explaining why to get a lift. I LOVE my results. I say get the lift. Good Luck and keep us posted on your journey. :)

Did you get the lift but your sister didn't? Can I ask, what type of implant did she get? High profile or moderate plus? I'm getting HP. Dr. Squires is also my doc. When I decided to not get the lift he agreed the HP would be the way to go. We'll see! Surgery in 3 days! Getting excited!

If your PS says you need a lift. Get a lift. He or she is usually correct and has done many of these. I was apprehensive as well but I am greatfull that I listened to my PS and got a lift. Why would you want saggy heavy boobs instead of nice Perky boobies?

I think I've narrowed it down to NOT getting the lift and hoping to go with a High Profile silicone gel to achieve a bit more projection. The mod+ implants look too flat for the look I want. The pic I posted is my boobs now and my wish boobs. Can anyone tell if these implants are high profile? They look to be to me judging by all the pics I've seen.

Hiya,
I too had a boob job by Dr. Squires. My "before" photo looked just like yours!! He recommended a lift as well. I did opt for the lift....thank god. No regrets at all. Shape wise they look great, however, I'm disappointed in my selection of implant; I went with saline which is NOT a good choice if you're thin because thin skin causes the ripple effect. I want to get them done again with silicone. There is a tiny circular scar around each areola that doesn't really stand out, so like I said, no regrets with the lift. Good Luck!

I decided not to do the lift. I went with a High profile silicone to add more projection. So far they look great. Just need to drop down a bit. Thanks for your comment. :)
