10 years post op
One singleton pregnancy in 2018 w/ breastfeeding and then a twin pregnancy in 2022 and breastfeeding left me with some saggy breasts again. Implants also began to gravitate toward my armpits, pocket too large. The gap was big and I developed the “waterfall deformity” or “snoopy nose”. Just got a revision procedure done in 2025! I downsized with lollipop lift and lateral extension (J shaped incision) as I needed much more skin removal. The pocket also needed repair.

2 years post op I had a child and everything was great, no problems breastfeeding/producing. They look good. However, they are not as perky as they used to be... I'll get a touch up eventually! I do not regret getting the procedure before children, I was so unhappy with my old breasts.
9 months post op
9 months post op I got a lift to take off more sagging skin, the incisions healed up way cleaner than the first time, the dropping of the implants made it hard to not need another procedure, however it was all done under local anesthetic and it healed SO fast the second time.
