I have been a 34AA my entire life, and because of my own insecurities I chose to forego swimming and spending time by the pool. I wore 2 cup size padded bras or water filled bra inserts to create the appearance of a B-cup, which created difficulties when it came to looking natural in certain outfits. It looked like I had a B-cup, but there was no cleavage, so I was limited in what I could wear.
At 30 I had finally had enough of the foam bras and decided to take the leap for a more long-term, versatile solution.
After 6 weeks, I am extremely pleased with the results. They look amazing no matter what I wear and I feel great knowing that there aren't layers of foam hiding inside my clothes.

It's been about 4 months now and I'm still happy with the results. They look amazing and no weird side effects that I imagined would happen to me.
The only downside of the whole process was the beginning states where I felt I looked strange and hugging people was awkward and painful. I taught a training and I had a hard time with things like moving the white board around and writing high on the board. I had to tell people that I had done too many push-ups and ask for help.
And hugging people was rough. I was afraid they could feel that they weren't soft yet and it hurt like hell too. If you're a trainer of any kind it makes sense to wait until you have a break in your schedule of 4-6 weeks before getting on stage.
